Basic Work Environment
Whether you are an employer, employee or a safety representative, you are required to know about the Swedish work environment act. This course aims to give an introduction to the work environment subject.
The course also includes access to on-line templates and checklists within the work environment area. The course is conducted in a smaller group for increased opportunity for experience exchange.

Course objectives
The course gives a background to the legal framework and the most important parts in it. You will learn to understand the responsibilities and roles in the work environment, and what the legislation of Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM) stipulates.
You will also get to know the rights and responsibilities of Safety Representatives. After completing the course, you will understand WHAT is needed and WHY. And you will be one step closer to a healthier and safer workplace!
